In days gone by I would never have let my boys loose in my kitchen. That would have meant one more mess for me to clean up! However, as they get older I have come to realize that the mess is worth the fun they have, and the experience! After all, their future wives will hate me if they can’t cook!! So, today we embarked on a baking adventure. My middle son, William, considers himself somewhat of a cupcake connoisseur. He has never met a cupcake that he didn’t like. And in the spirit of “The Pink Daily” we decided to make these cupcakes PINK! I used the Magnolia’s Bakery vanilla cupcake recipe from The Food Network and they were delicious!
